All tickets will be emailed to the email address that you register during the booking process. Tickets will be sent you 48 hours prior to the performance and not before.

Timings to be confirmed
The Phoenix Theatre accessible entrance is at the side of the building on Flitcroft Street. This gives step-free access from street level to Row A of the Dress Circle (high numbers side), Box C and the accessible toilet. There is no on-site parking available. Phoenix Street, in front of the Main Entrance, is suitable for drop-off and taxis can be hailed from Charing Cross Road.
To book online please join our Access Scheme in advance. You can find the information you need on the ATG Tickets website. When you visit the seat map you will find the available accessible seats for each performance and essential companion tickets where applicable.
